i had one beet last week and just peeled it with my cutco peeler in our salad. raw on green salad was good, i was pleasantly surprised. the boys liked taste testing against carrot and it turned our ranch dressing an unappetizing pepto color, they loved that!

Sara, Mojitos all the way. They taste just as good in San Diego as they do in the Yakima Valley, actually probably better & the scenery is better too :)
