Cooking Away My CSA

cooking away my CSA

I’ve joined a group of food bloggers who have taken the CSA challenge to not let anything go to waste from their CSA share. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, it is a system where someone in your community has a garden and sells shares of their garden to people who would like one. Our CSA, G & T Farm Foods, has both full and half shares. It is a great way to buy local, fresh produce and support our local farmers.

This group of food bloggers are committing to posting regularly about what they did with their week’s share. I will post links to the other blogs so you can peruse their sites for more ideas. Thanks to Heather from Flourgrrrl for being the mastermind behind this, and thanks to twitter! Without Twitter I wouldn’t have a clue. It is how I find out about all things fantastic in the food world, my universe.

Here is the google group for more information http://groups.google.com/group/cooking-away-my-csa. I also have a CSA category in my side bar < — over there with my posts that fit the theme. Here are the links that I could find, in no particular order. If I left someone out please let me know!

Hi Kristen,

Thanks for posting this list! It will make it much easier to find everyone.

I noticed that the link to my site (Eat this) is messed up – it shouldn't have the 'www.blogger.com' at the beginning. It looks like several others on the list are the same way. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
