Does Valentine’s Day just around the corner have you looking high and low for the most romantic ideas? Then you need this fabulous find. These are preserved wild hibiscus flowers from Australia. I saw them in a jar floating in a sugary syrup. Aren’t they just beautiful in a wine glass with a sparkling wine poured over? They would be equally gorgeous in a glass of sparkling juice or even just bubbly water.

What could be better than that you ask? Well, after your enjoy your beverage, you can eat it. It tastes lovely, with a thin fruit leather texture. Super Yummy.

It even comes with a cocktail guide, attached to the lid, that serves up some scrumptious cocktails. As an added bonus the syrup makes a nice addition in place of grenadine in your favorite recipes.

Want a sexy drink? This is it.

Those are beautiful! And what great ideas for using them, too!

I can vouch for this, although the sparkling wine (NOT served by Passion) left a bit to be desired, the effect was very nice. I still want to try the cosmos…

Thanks Elle & Cindy for your comments, as they have been floating in cyberspace for weeks sorry for the late response.

@Cindy, quit being just a wine snob, ha ha!
Cosmo sounds god right about now!

Oooh that looks so beautiful! I love the hibiscus and have had several hibiscus teas, I never thought about a cocktail.
