		<description>Goulash is one of the most amazing stews ever invented. I use short ribs to make mine, and it is a preparation that starts in the morning, and involves slow-braising the ribs until they fall off the bone. &lt;br/&gt;I can imagine the chuck roast does something similar!</description>
