what to do with all those roasted tomatoes

Here are some of the things that I have found to do with the tomatoes, except, of course, the tomato sauce from the previous blog entry.

stack them in a jar and add extra-virgin olive oil to cover. Add to anything, the end of a fork works for me.

Then again I also adore them on toasted artisan bread with melted cave-aged Gruyère.
