Andreas, is enjoying a large selection of sushi. This was taken on our last trip. He loves sushi and this picture so he thought that I should put in on the blog. Here is another mouthful…

He is the best eater, he will eat anything and everything. You should see the size of his lunch box for school. It is the same size as his dad’s. It might seem that he should be the size of the average American, however you should see what he eats. He is a self labeled “fruitatarian” and a fruit he is. He must consume more fiber in one day than most do in a whole week. Go ahead Dre, eat what you like!

At this great Mozambique restaurant Karl had the Prego Roll. Yes, my meat and potatoes boy had this steak sandwich, but this is so much better than a steak sandwich.

PREGO ROLL & CHIPS (R32=$4)
Steak with peri peri on a Portuguese roll, mmm…tasty. I do not know how they make it so good. It must be tasty it is all over his face. This is a great place!

Dre had the carne ESPETADAS (R32=$4), kiddie version.P1000614

He really enjoyed every bit but it was a lot of work with all those missing teeth. This is the Portuguese idea of a kabob, and it is really yummy. Look at the way they serve it, what a great idea. I am going to have to get some of those!

I had two King Prawns (R18 each about $5) with rice and salad and N for sure had the Kingklip fillet (R82: $10). Kingklip is a half fish/half eel that is a delicacy in South Africa. It is very lekker, buttery and pricey menu item in most upscale restaurants.
