Yummy fruit pops. So easy, so yummy. This recipe can also be used for a smoothie just poor into a glass instead of ice molds.

Mango Ice Pops

  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen chopped mangoes
  • 1 Tbsp agave syrup (can also use honey or superfine sugar)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice) fresh squeezed of coarse
  • 1/2 cup water (enough to keep things moving, mangoes can be a bit thick)

Whiz in the blender and viola! Taste it, what you want is a mixture that is a bit too sweet and a bit too sour then the finished product will be perfect. Adjust the sugar and syrup to make it just right.  Pour into molds and freeze.

options:
add a few fresh or frozen blueberries to mix in the molds. Fill half way top with a couple berries freeze for a while, top with guava juice (I used Ceres from South Africa) freeze some more until frozen (duh).
