This is one of my most favorite cities in the world.
The best seafood of anywhere I have ever been, and it is not even on the coast. I ask my husband why we can’t move to Lux, he just laughs. His family lives only an hour or so away in Germany. Maybe that is too close for him. There is something about that country that calls to me. I love the countryside and the feel of the ancient yet metropolitan city. My French, on the other hand, needs improvement.
But come on, LuxAir? What an awesome company. Real stainless cutlery, a real glass glass for your beer, and the food, simple and yummy. The other airlines could learn a thing or two from them! How beautiful is a great crusty baguette with a hunk of brie or ham, and a glass of beer or wine? How do you improve on that? Just what a weary, hungry traveler needs.
